The 2024-2025 school year theme for REVIVE is: “The Body of Christ”

What is REVIVE?

REVIVE is Saint Theresa of the Infant Jesus Parish Youth Group for teens 7th-12th grade. The goal of REVIVE is to give teens an opportunity to encounter their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to grow in love with their Catholic Faith. REVIVE is a place for your teen(s) to grow in community with one another, have fun and ultimately know who they are in Christ. We strive to make REVIVE a safe place for your teen(s) to ask questions and have honest discussions about the Faith. Our main hope and prayer for REVIVE is for your teen(s) to fall in love with Jesus truly present in the Eucharist. We will expose your teens to different Catholic prayer practices and dive into scripture to help deepen their rootedness in Christ. Eucharistic Adoration is a regular prayer practice in REVIVE, knowing that as we sit face to face with our creator, Jesus, He will make our dry bones come back to life (Ezk 37).

Registration is FREE. You may Register for REVIVE at any point; however, we ask that you register (one time only) before sending your teen to any REVIVE event using the link above. This will ensure that we have your contact information and any teen information we may need.

Once a year you will be asked if you would like to continue to stay on our e-mail list or not. 

When Do I Have to RSVP?

There is NO RSVP necessary when attending regular our monthly Revive Nights, however, we typically ask you to RSVP for special events; this will be explicitly stated. We often use Signup Genius or Google Forms to collect RSVPs and to provide information concerning these special events. 

What Do You Do at REVIVE Meetings?

Our monthly meetings typically follow the following format: 

6:30-6:40 - Snack and hang out

6:40-7:00 - Games

7:00-7:15 - Praise and Worship

7:15-8pm - Spiritual activities that include: Eucharistic Adoration, spiritual talks, Lectio Divina, Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet, small groups, etc…

When & Where Does REVIVE Meet?

REVIVE meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8pm. 

During the school year (Sept – May) we meet in the St. Theresa School Cafeteria. 

In the summer (June & July) we typically meet in the Little Flower Social Hall. 

August is a break month. 

At times we will have additional activities or supplement the regular meetings with special events. These special events may come at a cost.

Our History

Our humble Youth Group began in May 2023 for teens 7th-9th grade. The Lord has blessed this ministry tremendously in its first year. We have a great mix of teens in attendance ranging from our parish, surrounding parishes, private schools, public schools and homeschooling communities. Because of our great turnout, and this being the first-year teens would “graduate” from REVIVE, we decided to open it up to teens 7th-12th grade! We pray this transition will be the catalyst to having separate middle and high school youth groups in the future.

*High school teens= current 8th graders entering 9th grade in Fall 2025 and 12th graders graduating Spring 2025.

If your High School teen is passionate about their Catholic faith, active in their youth group, and ready to step up to the next level of leadership through evangelization and discipleship training, consider sending them to Franciscan LEAD.
